Aaron brings extensive expertise spanning the insurance and recruitment sectors. Having started his career with several independent brokers in London, Aaron developed a strong foundation in the insurance market before making a successful transition into recruitment.​

​He specialises in senior-level mandates within the (re)insurance industry, focusing on roles within risk management, compliance, legal & co-sec and audit. His deep understanding of the market, combined with a consultative approach, enables him to identify and secure exceptional talent.

Heather has over 27 years' experience in the (re)insurance sector, the majority of which has been in executive leadership and board roles. A dual-qualified lawyer in the UK and Bermuda, Heather returned home to Bermuda in 2005 to take up the role of General Counsel and Director at Aspen Re, and Group Company Secretary of Aspen Holdings (NYSE). She has since held several senior executive positions at regulated institutions with global operations, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Convex Re and Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel of a Class E life reinsurer. Heather has also served as a director on the boards of Bermuda and UK regulated companies, including Class 4, Class 3B, and Class 3A reinsurers, a reinsurance broker, an ILS company, an Insurtech and a Trust company.

The Group was established in Bermuda in 2025 to provide a more integrated and commercially effective model for supporting the (re)insurance market. Bringing together strategic advisory, regulatory expertise, and executive search under one platform allows clients to access flexible specialist support with greater coordination, faster execution, and reduced operational friction.

Alongside her role as Executive Chair of T8 Partners, Heather leads the Group’s advisory practice which includes a team of experienced operators including former senior executives, directors, and practitioners who have built, licensed, scaled and advised regulated (re)insurance businesses across multiple jurisdictions. These are not career consultants, they are individuals with deep leadership experience navigating complex regulatory environments, through periods of growth, transformation, and strategic change.
